Fish
All of our local Gulf Coast fish are selected daily and received whole, so that we may distinguish type, size and ultimate freshness. Additionally, our imported seafood is flown in from around the world to offer a one of a kind range of fish options. We fillet the fish in our on-site refrigerated preparation room at a temperature of 34-36 degrees. Your fish is never brought to room temperature prior to its ultimate preparation for your table. We take great pride in serving the absolute freshest seafood. We are confident that you will enjoy our innovative flavors and truly taste the difference.
