Erin D5月 15, 2013I will never fly Spirit again. No wonder they're being sued for billions! I would comment on their horrible customer service, but the fact of the matter is that it does not exist!

Terrible waits and the planes suck but it's cheap. Watch out the bag wait limit is now 40 pounds and they charge between 20 and 35 bucks for a carry on! Jenny K11月 14, 2011The outside security is worse than any big airport. They were very rude when I pulled over to adjust my seats for luggage & I'm clearly pregnant. No cell phone lot, just a mess when busy!!
I thought Sky Harbor baggage claim was bad, this is seriously the freakin WORST. Prepare 2 wait an hour. Literally.- HUGE lines take long time for check in AND security. never again will I fly out of here.
