This is the coolest museum ever! There are so many different sections to explore and much of the museum is interactive so you have a great time here. Admission is only $10. Happy times ahead :)

Aquarium is the place to be on a Sunday afternoon. Views from the terrace are awesome and DJs and live acoustic acts provide the music.
Opera Bar is well stocked with spirits (their range of gin and vodka is particularly impressive) and beers including Redback (one of the few places in Sydney offering it on tap).
The Nuclear Daiquiri [overproof rum, green chartreuse and god knows what else] packs quite the punch!

Excellent beach, popular with sunbathers. Beach is small and when flags are up they can cover the whole beach, which turns break into a bodyboard only beach.
Great breakfast cafes on the road running along the beach. Nice tidal pool at south end...
