Services

Free Child Care

Your children can enjoy playing in a well-equipped, supervised area while you workout in our adult-only fitness center. Onslow fitness center's qualified and experienced childcare staff will take excellent care of your little ones, from age six weeks to 10 years. You can observe your little ones playing with our monitoring system.

Training Orientation

Equipment orientations are done on an appointment basis. Please schedule your appointment at the front desk. Our staff is always happy to give you a personal orientation to any piece of equipment. We encourage you to take advantage of complimentary small group orientations which are available to members throughout the week. These sessions are offered by a certified personal trainer and will give you a general introduction to using the weight and cardio equipment within the facility.

Tanning Beds

Our well-maintained tanning beds are located in private rooms, secluded from the high energy of the main fitness areas. Sessions are available on an individual, monthly or annual basis.

Fitness Coaching

Our qualified staff will help you get started with an effective program upon joining with us! General fitness coaching is offered to all of our members. This is a one-on-one session with a certified personal trainer that addresses a number of fitness components. Not only will you get help setting goals and learning how to reach them, but we will also use the latest industry assessment tools to determine exactly where your level of fitness lies upon joining. Having this information is essential to kicking off a healthy and proper workout program.

Personal Training

The onslow fitness certified personal trainers provide the motivation, education, guidance, and individual instruction required to achieve personal fitness goals. Trainers will design a tailored exercise program for each individual that reflects the client?s objectives, fitness level, and experience. Trainers will also evaluate and modify the exercise program according to the changing needs of the individual.
