Curious about what can take Indian food to the next level had me dining at Tamarind. Make no mistake, the food is absolutely delish, but you pay premium for ambience and service.

Cozy pub with a good selection of whiskies. Enjoyed a Talisker Double Matured Distiller's Edition here (amongst others). I dug.
Ok, so the Disney-like tour through the history of whisky might be a bit phony. However, it all makes sense when you find yourself viewing Arthur's Seat with a flight board of whiskies to savor. Oh my
This is pretty awesome airport food in a really nice modern ambience. Had the butter chicken, not bad at all!
Possibly my favorite Indian restaurant in London. Styled as an old Bombay it sets itself apart from typical dirty curry joints. Absolutely awesome food and ambience. Bit far out, but worth the effort!
