- Absolutely love Rachel's step II and III classes! A definite "not - miss" workout. (Tuesday @ 5:15 and Saturday @ 9:00 AM). Her abs class on Saturday is killer as well! Boo-yah!

- Jeff Chapman5月 12, 2011Love the spin classes though some instructors are better than others. The weight room has a great set up as well
- Check out spin classes with Kelly -- Tuesday at 6PM and Thursday at 6AM. Great classes, great music!
- Avoid going when the HIT class is in session. They will take up all the space and use 50 machines at once. Total assholes!
