The staff is very friendly and give great professional service. As a first time customer, I felt welcomed more than expected. They also have a good collection of designer glasses/sunglasses.

Awesome staff. Helped me with my sunglasses even though they don't carry the brand. Definitely will be back for those Tom Fords

Very friendly staff! They fixed my sunglasses for free. I'm definitely coming back when I need new eyewear!

It's very hard to shop for frames in Optique and forget it if the staff are busy because they have to unlock every panel for you.

Staff is rude, unprofessional, and uninviting. If customers are spending hundreds of dollars for an appointment and prescriptions, then the staff needs to be nicer to first time customers.
