Michael Galpert: Three cheese sandwich has the density of a dying star. It comes two different ways: with a big piece of ham and a runny egg in the middle (bfast), or with onion marmalade and thick mustard (lunch).

Michael Galpert: All sandwiches are pretty good, but Vernice is the most interesting, combo of thick Conn ricotta, sweet fruit preserves & Nutella, sourdough. A dessert sandwich, but the sourdough adds funk.
Michael Galpert: Filled with Beecher's Flagship cheese, a super-rich variety similar to Vermont cheddar, which is made in house. The nice thing about this sandwich is that it's not exceptionally greasy.
