julia t4月 3, 2015Train with Matt. Good conversation, steady and challenging routines, and he'll work around injuries / pay exacting attention to form. Plus his dog!
All the classes are great and different. Instructors always push you to do more than you thought possible. I always leave class feeling super accomplished!
If looking for a trainer, ask for Mark. He definitely knows his stuff!
