    Ramen choices!! Pork belly Ramen was prepared well with perfectly firm ramen with balanced seasoned broth. All well prepared, well seasoned. Crabmeat with truffle oil and seaweed! Dessert!

    Given that it’s run by a chef who grew up in Hong Kong and spent ten years working at ramen houses in Japan, you can bet that these noodles are the real deal.
