It's a guys gym - but that's not a bad thing. Free weights galore. A little crowded. People are super nice and non judgmental. Lots of people working out with trainers.
Great pricing, barebones gym has everything you need except that it can get very very hot beyond comfort level. Also a way higher male to female ratio so as a girl doing weights can sometimes be hard.

You can also find protein bars and barbells and expend your energy on a tread mill and then power up with an electrolyte filled supplement.

I FN LOVE THIS PLACE! Staff is awesome, lots of friendly types working out along side you.. New equipment and super affordable!
It's one of the few gyms on the west side, in hells kitchen, but it doesn't disappoint.

Very ghetto at night! Always smells like fried chicken and onions - Tara The Trainer is awesome and she looks like Tracey Thorn!
