Courtney R.12月 18, 2012I went to a Saturday "Modern Buddhism" drop-in class because I was interested in finding out more. The center is beautiful and the instructor clearly knows his stuff. I'll be going back.
Need a little quieting of your mind in the busiest of cities? This is a great place to do that and SO much more. :)
Great meditation classes incorporated with Buddhist wisdom teachings.
