Pregame tip: When given the option to go regular water vs. spa water - always go spa! It's cool, refreshing and delish! Definitely gets you in the right mindset for a relaxing rub down. #treatyoself
Errol is really good for deep tissue massage. I'm an athlete and am usually really skeptical and picky but he was able to find all the tender spots and gave great recommendations
Right off the Metro, right by Trader Joe's and Pacers, nearby Cava Grill...I can get so much done all in one place AND an outstanding massage? WIN!!
I've been going to Carrie religiously for a year and a half--no one else gets my knots out like she does!
