One of the best cooked breakfasts in Douglas, and very friendly with it. Kiddy options too.

Decent ale pub, off the main drag. In the CAMRA Good Beer Guide, but only tends to have a few beers on at once.
Decent beer selection (by local -- high -- standards) but usually much quieter than Bing Delirium.
