We were staying at the Hard Rock and were told that the Portofino had a full service "post office". They might have, but they had holiday hours that weren't posted on the website or the app...

Great hotel, excellent service and comfy beds with lovely linens. Get your room with the club room...snacks are wonderful. Again service here is amazing.

Hey Hector M. I understand you think the $15/night parking is steep but I'm from San Fran where people pay $60-$65/night! So on the bright side... It could be worse!

Getting the Club Level villa is completely worth the extra money. Free food the whole day is pretty deck.

Be wary! They have a 100 dollar spending limit for charge cards, totally ridiculous considering the prices around here! It's a joke throughout universal. This isn't a super 8 motel!
