Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff.....horrible guests and cleaning service!! Ghetto people hanging out EVERYWHERE in and around hotel, came back to hotel not cleaned TWICE. Will not be returning!
Eataly was awesome - The pizza bar as Good as Quartino, We had wine, very good. Great Fish plate with squid and white fish and clams Pastries to die for, Lavazzo wonderful. Winner!

The road leading up to the planetarium has an excellent view of downtown Chicago and Lake Michigan; it is excellent for family pictures and very well-lit during the day. Perfect weather in the summer!
