Try their blueberry-pineapple smoothies! It's delicious AND it has a scoop of protein in it... Great for after your workout!
cannot even tell you how amazing the steam room is. great after a sick workout!
Fantastic cardio theater for spinning! This Lifetime has new Schwinn bikes with magnetic resistance rather than friction, makes for a nice smooth ride.
Crystal is a great personal trainer! Try her -you'll love to hate her!- If you're game is bikes then check out the newly formed LTF bike club. With rides on Sunday morning and Thursday evening a good time is had by all!
