- I disagree with staffing issues and St Jacques tower. As with any hotel during a busy check in time, bring your patience, and have a seat in the lobby. St Jacques tower directly accesses Old Montréal!
Roxanne at the bar is really friendly and she knows her stuff. Great free breakfast buffet for SPG Platinum members.

Really nice hotel.
