great in the summer-bring a picnic, chairs, frisbee, dog, kids. Some ppl go all out; but you have to carry everything in/out. Get there early-parking can be a pain. lots of bikes and scooters though.
Mixed Taste lecture series is brainy, zany and fun. You will learn things you never knew existed. Penny Fridays are so cheap it's worth splurging to have cocktails in the rooftop cafe. Stellar view.
social, intellectual, eclectic and inspiring. you usually leave with something you made, saw performances, live bands and you get to view the exhibits.
Go hiking at Chautauqua Park and head to the Teahouse for brunch. Summertime, sit outside in the rose garden and hit up the farmer's market on Saturdays
