Marketed as a creative hub for “change makers”, I guess it’s a pedestrian shopping hub with event spaces. Every building here is an architectural delight. Sure to be 网红 and a photographer’s hotspot.
Shanghainese bistro with a contemporary feel. The 葱油拌面 (scallion oil noodles), the platter of steamed cured meats, stir-fried pork liver, and 红茶宁 cocktail were all good. Worth trying the other dishes.
You’ll like this place if you like grass jelly, boba, shaved ice desserts. Tastes good, but the presentation is not that pretty. Serving size is good for two people. Behind Starbucks.
