Peter Chun3月 19, 2016Free valet parking. If you have status w/ Starwood try to grab the x24 rooms. They have wrap around terraces with an outdoor private jacuzzi.
Nitasha5月 20, 2015The hotel is gorgeous and very close to the Santa Monica pier. We got upgraded to the suite room which was a little cosy but with a huge balcony. The views from the room are great.

Golboo Matinkhou2月 28, 2020Absolutely the best place to stay in Santa Monica. Or anywhere in LA. The staff goes above and beyond to to ensure you have a great stay. The rooms are large for LA standards with very comfy beds.

Heather Diamond11月 12, 2012The new rooms are beautiful, very modern. The damp smell is gone. The staff is friendly. To get to your room may be a bit of a maze but mostly worth it. The walk is annoying but the beach is worth it.
Stayed here for 3 weeks for work, had 4 different rooms, all of them were dark, broken vanity mirrors in every room, horrible views, did I mention dark? Bed was comfortable and the staff awesome.

The suite terraces are pretty nice, with plenty of natural light, but other than that the rooms leave a lot to be desired.

- Take off your shoes and enjoy the soft carpet that doesn't feel dirty and make you want to wear socks AND slippers.

The wifi in the Lobby and Restaurant is Free.you don't have to Write you right Name-just get nuts in your Keyboard ;) wifi in your room isn't Free :(

They have a great drawing for starwood gold members: free movie, wifi, points, etc. Love it.
