If you're in the mood for latin food...this is the spot to be. You get a good serving for the cost. The daily specials change everyday but you can also order from the menu.

i almost always get the salt codfish ensalada de bacalao or bacalao guisada. salad or stew, its very tasty either way!
Awesome oxtail and if you're more adventurous, awesome pigs feet. Fast and generous portions.

Sit at the counter, order the oatmeal, sprinkle some cinnamon on it, and enjoy the old-school charm of the place.
