I grew up on Cuban food from my parents... this place is LEGIT. Love the yucca frita and empanadas. Cuban sandwich = top notch. Cocktails are great, too (get that mojito.)
Serious Eats9月 9, 2013The extensive rum selection and cocktails are the highlight, accompanied by excellent, often spicy cuisine. Get the camarones al majo with a Rum Manhattan. Definitely request the latter served up.

The ropa vieja is amazing. Great rum cocktails. Sit at the bar area with the same menu if you don't have reservations.

The croquettes and sangria make for a very happy happy hour (sans the discount)

Careful not to wild out on the bread. The sauce is addictive and the keep bringing it. Also, get the plantain chips.
