akemi.t5月 18, 2020雑貨売場で鍵つきのケースの中を開けてもらいました。中年の女性はとても面倒な様子で鍵を開け商品を取り出しました。断わるのがちょっと怖くなり即購入。100ユーロ渡そうとしたら釣りがないと言われました。無愛想だしサービス悪いしひどい対応でした。日本の百貨店とは違いすぎます。人によるかもしれませんが、日本人は期待して買い物はしない方がいいでしょう。

This is one of the best department stores in the world (ask anyone). There is a fantastic range of goods, and helpful and polite staff. Tolles Flair, lange Tradition und Geschichte. Sehr edle Waren und generell etwas hochwertiger wie ein klassisches „Kaufhaus“ Vor allem die „Genussabteilung“ ganz oben;-)
