    Enjoy the retarded cupcake reality show they seem to play non-stop in the waiting room. If that's not your thing, sit in the adjacent waiting room and bring a book.

    While visiting loved ones use the Meditation Room behind the ER on the main hallway. It is very peaceful.

    How is it that there are 10 names on the board and 50 people in line... Biggest pet peeve people in line when their names is not on the board and then when you get close they say " go ahead"
