Beautiful setting, immaculately clean facilities (locker/changing area, rinsing booths, indoor pool, outdoor pool, and sauna). To soak outdoors in the winter is an immensely relaxing experience.
Taxi from the train station to Harunire Terrace is the easiest. Terrace has coffee, food and small shopping, and you can walk to onsen by the river.

This is a beautiful coffee stand with splendid coffee. The location is a bit out of the way which makes it great to drink your coffee and stare out of the window.

Love this very small place. They now have a BIG selection of Japanese craft beer with great span in variety of styles. Get some wings to your beer. Very friendly and with English menu.

Love it. Lots of little restaurants with all types of food and drink. We were lucky to have a host. I’d check to make sure they were tourist friendly but definitely worth checking out.
A good bar if you’re in the mood for some serious quiet time. The drink menu is all in Japanese, so if you can’t read it, come knowing what you want to order or ask the bartender for some help.

Much less crowded than Nihonbashi branch for same wonderful sashimi donburi, if you go big the ‘tokujo’ is an amazing uni/crab/tuna/ikura experience at around 3,500 yen
Hate to say this, but Suzukake 鈴懸 has better strawberry daifuku. They use a sweeter, bolder flavored variety of strawberry!
R2 is one of the better upper level options for drinks in Roppongi, not as disgusting as the majority of other places around. Gray Goose vodka's price is very good value compared to whiskeys/wine etc.
