Cochon Butcher isn't just a fantastic butcher shop and deli hiding behind the famed Cochon - it's home to crazy good small plates, a decent bar, and the best sandwiches in town. [Eater 38 Member]
Good tour, saw alligators, birds, snakes and even wild pigs. Our tour guide also gave us a good overview on the subsistence living on the river. But you see many more gators in the warmer months.
