Best yoga studio in nyc. Rima's classes are legendary. Just be sure to get there early on a Tuesday night if you want a spot. And check out the vegan cafe after class - it's amazing!

This is the real deal, but beginners shouldn't be scared off. Take the basics taught by wonderfully supportive teachers who break the different types of poses and help you pull it all together.

Julia Anne6月 1, 2012The teachers here are preachy and bossy. The checkin are always trying to upsell you, and the cafe is a ripoff. Still it's a great workout in an hour, so long as you set your boundaries.- Wonderful food in the cafe and the yoga classes are even better! Take class with Ximena. Such a beautiful person and you will leave feeling wonderful.
It's been with me for the best and worst of time. Love the teachers, staff and cafe. Simple but just what I needed. I thank David and shanon, my teachers. Namaste.- My fav go to-- yogi's choice, with steamed kale, rosemary tempeh, quinoa, avocado, and black beans.... Add some rosebuds tea... Heaven!

Take with Rima or Ruth. Both very different and both crowded. Rima, great tunes, super sweaty. Ruth, more spiritual and great dharma talks
Hands down best yoga studio in New York. Great studio facilities as well! Sadly the Cafe is under renovations right now but should be open eventually!
Dechen and Ruth are my favorite teachers, if you look for a deep yoga practice and becoming aware of your emotions, don't miss their classes- Great yoga studio, very friendly, and large classes. Always doing some sort of deal or another. IE- buy 10 classes for a discount etc.

Get out of work early on a Monday and take the 6:15pm class with Ruth. You will thank yourself for it for the rest of the week. Om.

The cafe is amazing. Taco toast, spicy peanut dressing, coconut water. Yes!!!
take Jules' class. laugh. die. once reborn, go to the cafe and get a yogi's choice with spirulina millet, spicy tempeh and coleslaw. if you're sorry you're not reborn yet.

i swear the chanting works. take a class with rima, she is inspirational and plays the best tunes.
