Keep in mind — this is INTERIOR Mexican cuisine, so it is very different than the usual Tex-Mex fare food around town. The flavors were very different than I expected, but I was satisfied!

You can truly taste the difference - these are cooked on a charcoal grill! Onion rings are soaked overnight so they are exceptionally crispy and tasty.

What a unique and refreshing concept! I loved my pokeburrito. I only got two scoops (you can get a large: 3 scoops) but I was SO FULL from just 2. I took half to-go for dinner :-)
One of the best pizzas I’ve EVER HAD! It’s kind of ridiculous to charge $2.50 for each topping though, even something super cheap like black olives....
