This is a Great park, by far the Biggest & Best in Sheffield. Possibly one of the biggest in UK. It has 3 Lakes, around a dozen football pitches, a large Farm, Cafe and 2 big children's play areas.

Ask to sit in the upper restaurant, the under-most doesn't have views. Top (street level) is a self-service café for sandwiches. Nice, in some ways a club for the English, white upper middle class.
Tucked away off the High St, Cobbles is a great traditional English tearoom.

Booking is a must, this place is always full. Serves an amazing array of locally sourced British tapas. Ask what they recommend as the menu changes daily.
Great British tapas (which means small dishes). Everything is tasty, the wine is excellent (Italian) and the service is good with very polite and cheering personnel. I'll definitely come back.

This medieval church was founded circa 1100. It was damaged in the Great Fire of 1666 but completely destroyed by German bombs in 1941. The ruins were preserved and now form an attractive garden.
The Pergola and Hill Gardens are such a hidden delight. Stroll the overgrown walkways and take in the view.
This place warms my heart. Such a beautiful community space, serving hot and alcoholic drinks, with an outdoor pizza oven. Look out for their activities for adults and children.

It's a funky place. Good for dates or a romantic brunch accompanied by a very spicy Bloody Mary. My cocktail was served with a side shot of vodka and chilli pepper, set on fire by the bartender.
