Ed Doyle6月 10, 2015If you're not a member you should be. I like this place. Be heart smart workout and eat right and after losing 20 pounds I fell great and so will you.
Great group of people working out in the early morning. Enjoy seeing my friends every day!- Fitness classes are terrific here. I recommend Group Power, Fit 60, Yoga, and Cycle.
You drove all the way to the gym, now make it worth it and GO HARD!
You can go here even if you are not a member. Its $10 per person for a full day pass.

- If you are a pool member, you get 3 free visitor passes. One visitor pass can be used for a whole family.
