If you order BBQ Ribs from them and want the BBQ sauce, you have to tell them and watch to make sure they put it on. Otherwise they won't.
You'll get a good work out. Without the gym cost. At minimum strive for 3 times up and down. Then increase the times from there!
Service isn't what it use to be, so now barely come here. Breakfast guy who makes the hot food routinely doesn't mean attention to what you ordered and looks at you crazy when you tell him it is wrong
Be sure to have a conversation with the shop owner, he is a cool guy, always friendly.
Great place to work out. May be small and lack some of the luxury gym features but love the family feel or working out here!
