Great place to have lunch after tour visit of the Glenfiddich distillery. Dishes are simple but good. Enjoyed the soup, the hot salmon sandwish and the cheeses. Prices very reasonable.
Go to the Culloden battlefield the day before. The whole fort is amazing but spend time in the Highland Regiment Museum. A real eye opener.
Beautiful viewpoint! Worth the 5 min hike up. This is jot just for the viaduct viewpoint. The monument and its surroundings are astonishing!
Agree that it is hard to find. Interesting if you're into standing stones. It's said to be the oldest known Pictish carved stone.

This art collection by Sir William Burrell at Pollok Country Park is home to vast collections of medieval art of stained glass, weapons, tapestries, Islamic art, and artifacts from China and Egypt.
The Oldest House in Glasgow. Built in 1471, the house was part of St Nicholas's Hospital and was built by a former Bishop of Glasgow, Andrew Muirhead.
This medieval house (the oldest one in the city) museum is on top of Castle Street is where you'll find an impressive collection of 17th century Scottish furniture.
Hunterian Museum located at the university of Glasgow showcases many of the roman artifacts recovered from the antonine wall and biological samples with a good description . It has free entry.

Unbelievable experience. Very gothic and romantic place. Book your table in Secret garden, its unique. Food could be better though... But its really doesnt matter, if u are in this fairy tale lol
