Hard to go wrong here. Akumura is the way to go. Pork buns are a must. Get there early or plan on waiting

Isa3月 7, 2017Try the delicious Shiromaru Hakata classic ramen with Shigureni. It's so good, you're going to ask for Kae-dama (more noodles)! Try the lychee martini too:)

Auds Ball10月 11, 2011Akamaru Modern and Karaka Miso Ramen (Spicy) are BOTH delicious! The pork buns are tasty too. As for the wait to get in be prepared to wait an hour or more, maybe go to a bar near by in the mean time.
You want the Akamaru Modern. I'll sit back and wait for you and your stomach to thank me for my advice.

Classic spot people go to to experience ramen in NYC. If the lineup is too much, the nearby Zundo-Ya has a solid Tonkotsu as well.

Their pork buns & the Akamaru Modern ramen are best two things you will ever eat. Ever. But only order what you can eat as you can't bring home leftovers.
