Very content with my stay. Room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Front desk answered all my questions (I had lots!) re: transportation & site-seeing. Delicious complimentary breakfast!

Friendliest hotel! We have fallen in love. The staff is above and beyond, so friendly, helpful, and nice! :) coming back and recommending 100%!

Excelente servicio, la atención por parte del personal es increíble. El desayuno continental es muy completo y rico, a toda hora hay servicio incluido de mandas y café. Gracias por la mejor semana!

first thoughts - small, old, shady, - after leaving - great service, free parking!, convenient to everything cool. Sacrifice cool factor and save money on parking, valet etc.

Ask the front desk for a map of the bus routes. You can get a 3-day pass for $20 and ride on the bus, train or cable cars all you want.

Request a late check out. Eat at least once at Tommy's Joynt up Van Ness. A suite will accommodate two couples comfortably.

Staff is incredibly helpful! Don't be afraid to ask for blankets etc

Street parking is $1/hour 9-6 and $2.25/hr around the corner. It beats paying for valet here.
