Tyler Alford8月 30, 2011Another JH-based, James Beard-NW-nominated chef. Hearty and rich Italian cuisine with many contemporary spins. An impressive wine list with many lesser-known producers. Beautiful brick pizza oven.
The Charred Octopus at II Villaggio Osteria is the best I’ve ever had. Wow.
Great food and a great atmosphere. Make sure to stop in across the hall at MADE before or during dinner - the shop closes at 8
