Great Hotel... the staff and accommodations are superb. Breakfast is sooo delicious . Great eggs and waffles made while you wait. The rest of the Buffett is delicious and well displayed .

Whether its a basic fares room or luxurious suite, you will sure to be amazed by the Hyatt's new look.

Claudio Oliveira6月 19, 2011Resort fee is $35....but includes shuttle into downtown, water, gym, etc not bad. Great view! Priceline it & get hotel for 1/3 normally listed price.
We stayed on the Captain's Quarters on the 3rd floor. The walls are paper thin. it sounded like the people in the room next door were talking in our room. We could hear everything - even the bathroom.

Carolyna Z8月 7, 2014Please make sure you call to check on your reservation before you get there. They tend to give away your room EVEN THOUGH you made a reservation. ALL STAFF THERE IS VERY RUDE!!!! Never going back.

Anna1月 1, 2014Stay was ok except the fact that at New Year's Eve they closed the bar at 12.30 and called the police to oust those who decided to stay in a lobby for chatting. That was not customer oriented at all.

"Sometimes the line at checkin can be long with only 1 person working the front, but super accommodating and friendly staff. Had 2 rooms, 1 perf, 1 w/o working heat. Otherwise great stay, will return!"
