This place sucks!!! Cancun motels are better than this hole for a hotel. Front desk has attitude and no concept of customer service. Only positive, it is central location for my vacation activities.
This hotel reminds of the movie "The Shining" with Jack Nicholson.... They need a major renovation.

Alaina Plaster10月 11, 2011I love the lobby! But don't let it fool you. When we walked into our room there were two tiny beds and three of us my dad had to order a roll a way bed. That still didn't help. Total waste of time!!!!

This hotel is what it is. The experience is made worse however by the rude, vile, unacceptable staff who simply do not give a shit. Scumbags with contempt for guests.

The only good thing is the location... Reception guys are not friendly at all and the rooms are from a 2 stars hotel.. Didn't like it at all

Looks nice on the out side but rooms are Dirty and smells like smoke. And super over price. Sleep in a tent its better than this hotel !

Paul Clifford7月 28, 2011Worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!! Rude front desk workers, holes on the walls, outdated bathrooms, missing tiles, no internet in rooms (free or otherwise). ADO NOT CHECK IN HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY
This place still can't even upgrade the rooms and offer Wi-Fi! What year is this?!? Honestly!! (and they advertise that they do offer it, (but only in the lobby with crappy, and few, seats!)
