David Kinnberg11月 22, 2017Nice, beautiful hotel. The newly renovated lobby is beautiful and the rooms have nice artwork on the walls. View from our room on the 14th floor was terrific. The rooms have 6 USB-ports for charging!

Gabrielle3月 17, 2018They've recently redone their bar area which is an awesome space! Really relaxing and a nice spot in Japantown. Their happy hour from 5-6 pm has $7 cocktails.

Newly remodeled lobby and bar makes this hotel a slightly better choice than Kimpton's Buchanan if you aren't worried about loyalty programs.

Lots of great local anime as well as great mainstream anime to see. :)

Andrew S2日前Main area is super nice and huge. Rooms are ok but could be updated. Clean and hip but def a 3star. Good bang for the buck in a good location.

Beautiful decor, but skip the buffet breakfast...they might get sushi right but there are way better places for morning eggs and hash browns. Try Taylor Street Coffee Shop!

Purple9月 14, 2011Good hotel but even with the Do Not Disturb sign on the door they knocked and after 30 minutes the recepition called to ask if they could clean the room. Not cool at all in that kind of hotel.
Self parking is through the mall parking. Enter on Geary and go to the end.
