Peter Giese3月 9, 2018Good service and clean. Somewhat loud neighbar hood with Brend's restaurant near by. Please miss out some of the streets nearby like Ellis - frustrating neighborhood
Steffen Bornhoft3月 22, 2017Small but ok room, clean and with water and coffee. Location is good to explore San Francisco but not one of the nicest neighbourhoods. Rooms are quite noisy if you are unlucky with neighbors.

Iman W12月 12, 2018Maid service once a week, concierge service, free coffee, a beautiful lobby with board games, friendly staff, and an attached bar. Located 2 blocks from Civic Center.- Small but great as a place to rest up and enjoy the city. Not too expensive; be aware that the area is full of unhomed people and you may witness a drug deal. But the hotel does not feel unsafe.
