- Ben Shepherd1月 7, 2015Excellent staff and certainly a grand building. Internet connectivity is unreliable at best, though, and hot water was a challenge. Fine for a pleasure trip, not ideal for business travelers.

Jim Head7月 4, 2017Beautiful hotel--the best in the city. Accommodating staff. Rooms are spacious and updated. Food is excellent. My only disappointment is the mismatched, wild furniture in the lobby.
was here for a conference, and really enjoyed the large rooms and the classic and relaxed atmosphere.

Ann-Michelle of AMITIE CONSULTING8月 15, 2012Maybe I'm missing something. But, the exorbitant cost of the room does not guarantee great quality. My room smells damp, moldy and musty. The carpet is vacuumed, but needs to be replaced or shampooed.
