Clean & well maintained property. Friendly staff. Parking can be a bit of a headache. My go-to spot in Burnaby. Opal Lounge for Diamond Members - satisfying breakfast.
The 18th floor Opal Lounge (HHonors Diamond) has good breakfast and good dinner and awesome service. If you need extended hours, they arrange complimentary meals from Reflect. Premium service!
From the Metrotown sky train station, take a left, walk one block and then make a right after the Holiday Inn. You will see the Hilton a little bit further on your left. A ten minute walk in total.

James12月 9, 2014The service and people are very good. The room was clean and well maintained. The internet was next to unusable and very very disappointing. The business around had bars over windows when closed.

Has an Asian food market and food court attached. Don't get too excited, because it is only a food court, but for what it is, it's pretty good. I have been coming here for almost ten years. Great place great staff.
Research places to eat nearby before coming. There are very few decent restaurants within walking distance. I recommend downtown Vancouver for great dining!

For better room rates at the hotel, always call directly and ask to speak with their In-house Reservations department.- The staff got me Canucks Playoffs tickets same day, 4 hours before the game. Great service.
