本当にここのカオマンガイは最高に美味い。この味を日本で求めて都内をウロチョロ。

部屋は普通。朝食残念ながらプレゼンテーション派手だがレベル低い。ルームサービスチョイス少ない。ホテルがある地域一帯タバコ吸えない。日本人は泊まるべきじゃないね。

When u have long list of dishes u want to eat but very little time in S'pore; this is one stop got it all 4 u- Chatterbox! U can have Lobster Laksa, Beef Satay, Bak Kut Teh, Chicken rice at one time!

Wonderful hotel centrally located. Rooms have nice elegant decor with Plush bedding. Plenty of restaurants with quality food.

Room 3535- our home for one week in SG. Most comfortable bed and pillows! The staff are always smiling. We had difficulty checking in, though. No available room despite advanced reservation.

I love this hotel very much, the staff are attentive & good looking. The price also not that expensive if compared to another 5star hotel in singapore which located in strategic place like this hotel.

Nicely renovated, decor is modern, bathrooms great, beds amazing. As a gold member treated as royalty and enjoyed exec lounge with meals and late checkout. Minor hiccups with service, but 👍🏼 overall

Such a beautiful hotel located strategically in the heart of Orchard Road, where everything happening during Christmas & New Year celebrations. Rooms are very expensive but it's all worth it 🎇🎉🎊🎅

For $60, get access to the club: breakfast buffet, a place to work, 1 hour of complimentary time in the meeting room, drinks and snacks at night. Totally worth it for business prep.

wonderful location, but then that only is the selling point here. pool and bfast is pretty nice, but everyone stays for the proximity to shopping centres not for the staycation experience.

Front desk is always busy, but I love this hotel. Breakfast is super delicious, and the location, in the middle of sg's main attraction (orchard) made it more awesome.

Service is quite helpful here. Nice, clean and central location. Pop out of the hotel and you're on Orchard. May lead to excessive shopping tho. The gallery shops below are a little pricey but nice.

Older hotel on Orchard Road near Takeshimaya. From MRT get off at Somerset instead of Orchard for a shorter walk to hotel.

Recently renovated so great restaurants, shops, faster wifi, crystal clear HD tv, which is rare in hotels, great service and the location cannot be beat!!!!

Tried their heavily priced sunday brunch. Different quality than normal bfast more extensive. Have the famous chicken rice and leg of ham. But yeah you pay 3 times normal breakfast price.

The actual lobby is on the fifth floor of the building. Any of the lifts in Mandarin Gallery should get you there.

Vast lobby. Uncozy, stiff atmoaphere. Most reception staff have stiff attitudes serving you behind their plastic smile. Hotel is convenient for shoppers as its near shopping centers

Nice coffee machine but still preferred coffee and tea being served by the waiter rather we take ourselves. Hates creamer so will always have fresh milk with my tea. Overall average B.

$32 per day per device for internet access seems excessive. If you are out and about all day, save roughly 50% by signing up for 1 hour in the morning ($5.35) and 4 hours in the evening ($10.70)

Was always a dream if mine to stay here, but it was disappointing. Overpriced a little, check in took over 30 minutes and the view from the room was poor. Quality is fine but there are far better.
