Danielle Meadows8月 23, 2013Make sure the individual renting the car (driving) is also the person paying. They are ridiculous. Even if your spouse is paying. Then they want to charge extra to "add a driver"
Martin Lewison5月 26, 2013If they don't have the car you reserved, don't expect any sympathy. They kinda don't care. They think you're lucky to get a car at all.
