Hei-Yu Tang: Gourmet fries developed by Michelin*** chef Sergio Herman. Fries perfectly cooked, not greasy and crunchy. The homemade sauces are amazing. Get the truffle or classic mayo. Don't forget the salade.
Hei-Yu Tang: Definitely the best fries in town, and might even be the best fries of the country. The fries are made from fresh potatoes and have a nice crunch. Friendly owner with good hospitality.
Hei-Yu Tang: Fries shop opened by Michelin* Chef Niven which offers handmade fries and a small selection of snacks. The mayonaise is super smooth and creamy but the fries weren't that special - just very decent.
