Mark8月 26, 2015It's steep at $60 a person, but worth paying the extra 15 bucks for the ultimate pass so you get the most out of the summit. Go early before 10am to avoid the crowds (and pack a jumper).

Grouse grind is always a fun thing to do in summer... So many stairs, but a rewarding scene is awaiting you at the top... Leave the gondola for the tourists ;)

Most of the staff aren't aware of the snowshoe trails in detail. Head left at the pond past the cat tracks and look for the orange circles saying "SSG". Follow those to the top!

- In the Men's washroom the first sink has n'ice cold water from the tap which is great to cool down with after a grind! The other sinks are cool to warm.

Try the BCMC trail. It ends up at top like to Grind but you miss the whole weekend warrior crowd and avoid the traffic jam. Take your time --- there's no timer. :) 続きを見る

They only have men`s boot, so if you have small foot, your foot will be like a pencil in a glass!- Moe Shehata2月 8, 2016Grouse mountain is always prone to high winds and so on, and even if you snowboard for like an hour, they would not give you your ticket back.
Take the Grind for 60 minutes of hard-core cardio ... about 3000 steps straight up.
