Leila7月 29, 2015Beautiful grounds but ageing. The ice is almost nonexistent, lack luster rooms and what seems like an unhappy staff. We made the best of it. They did comp champange & choco berries as honeymoon gift.

Food is expensive if you dine at the hotel restaurants. Among the restaurants Nami is a favorite. If you are coming over from a cooler location, we are still in the 90s.

Ranjeesh Yelamanchili6月 1, 2014No vegetarian options at all in the restaurants. The vacation concierge told me to goto San Juan for vegetarian food. We did just that and enjoy pr favorite mofongo.
Don't understand all the issues with service.. No better or worse then anywhere else we have visited in pr. Red level checkin was beyond simple an very pleasant

It's definitely worth it to get the upgrade to Red Level Royal Service! Amazing private living quarters!!

No microwave or fridge. If u want room service to warm something up it will cost u $8 and an addl $3 to pick up and drop off and u have to sign a waiver.
