Great place to watch a game. The Juan Wontons are awesome for an app.
A happy hour not to be missed, but be prepared to yell the whole time as the noise level is off the charts.

Usually, Gov's staff is super friendly...the bartender was very passive aggressive towards us and kept making comments to another customer about the bar being a no loitering zone. Rude.- Seeing a frat guy wearing a polo that he converted into a sleeveless will make your night.

Don't ask to watch a game here. Nobody makes a move for a remote so you never see your game.
