Jake Smith: The Pulled Pork (Angel's Special) has a great smoky flavor, the bun gets too soggy and will fall apart in your hand. I would suggest sticking with the Mac and Cheese, which is a blessing from above.
Jake Smith: Huckleberry cheesecake ice cream, bathrooms that indicate a “closed set” when occupied, and ice water at the counter to help yourself with. Fantastic.
Jake Smith: Go with a friend and make sure that one person gets the Just Bubba with cheese grits and the other gets a Benedict dish. Or order both yourself.
ASHLEY MITCHELL: This place is a Savannah institution. Huge portion sizes. Ribs and smoked chicken are amazing. Save room for dessert. Get the Carolina trifle, Johnny Harris mud pie or the coconut cream pie. Delish!
