My childhood favorite restaurant. Really good sandwiches at that time. Cakes, tarts and pies are all good, as I remember.
A nice place to chill out. Seating is on ground level, one floor up or at rooftop. There's also free WiFi. Iced milk coffee, flourless chocolate cake & Moroccan chicken with couscous are good here.
The food here is excellent! Do try the eggplant and goat cheese entree as well as the beef main course! The creme brûlée is excellent and it comes in 3 flavours!
nice outdoor cafe. look for the fans to find a power outlet for your laptop (there aren't many). there's an indoors with a/c, but not a gr8 atmosphere. bathroom is shared w/ nearby museum, so not gr8

One should never miss walking around Hoan Kiem when in Hanoi. you can see old folks doing tai chi & qi gong in the morning and around sunset. the willow and bending trees make for a good background

Great panorama view from the top of the 2nd highest building of Hanoi. Food and drinks are good at the reasonable price. I can tell it's sort of romantic place for couples.
